What a fun family day at the ballpark- Stephen woke up this morning and said "hey let's go to the game at the new yankee stadium", we couldn't buy tickets online on such short notice so we just decided to jump on the train anyway and see what we could find. When we got off the train at 161st in the Bronx there were scalpers on the platform- they don't waste any time. I knew what I wanted to pay and I wasn't going to take any of their crap...the trick is to just walk away and then they follow you and ask you what you want to pay....works every time! We had so much fun, the weather was perfect and Brooks was such a trooper even though the game was right in the middle of nap-time. I can't wait to have more family days like this! I love my Boys!!

I'm obsessed....with my bright eyed boy!

I love hanging out with my buddy all day every day, it's so fun to be his mom....even when he's crying and I'm tired and at the end of my rope...I just remember the endless prayers and pleading with my Heavenly Father to send me this gift....I stare at him ALL day and just wonder why am I so blessed?? He is the best baby ever and I'm so greatful for the chance to be his mom, I love him with all my heart! and Stephen too!

Brooks' Blessing

Stephen gave Brooks his baby blessing last Sunday, the 22nd, and he did a beautiful job. As you can see Brooks slept through the whole thing. We're so glad our family could make it!

We love getting together for play dates, although Brooks doesn't quite "play" yet, but I love hanging out and talking about mommy stuff and just getting out of the house for some girl time- these girls are so fun!

(but I really miss my girls in Boise too and our ladies nights)

He's gained about 1.5 lbs, and maybe an inch or two......four weeks has flown by, it seems like it was forever ago that we were coming home from the hospital. Mom and Brooks are doing great!
