For Memorial Day we spent the WHOLE day at our favorite Jersey spot- Ocean Grove. We went with a big group of friends, but need-less to say I'm obsessed with my boys so I didn't really get any pics of anyone else. We left our house at quarter to 9am...(for those of you who know us well- you know that that is an amazing feat in and of itself!) We played and lounged on the beach until after 6pm and then ate some delicious burgers at the Burger Palace with the Kaycee and Taylor and their boys. It was an Amazingly BEAUTIFUL day, perfect beach weather....too bad the weather-man predicted cloudy and mid 60's so I didn't wear my swimsuit! Arghh. Oh well, we had fun anyway and it feels like summer has only just begun!!

This is Brooks' little contraption to stay out of the sun

My tute boys....the little one is lathered in sunscreen, but the big boy forgot.....

Playing some football while Brooks is snoozing
They built this "hot tub" because the water was freezing and so the kiddies could play in the water and not be knocked over by the waves.
Relaxin at the beach
This is the day after.......
Stephen woke up with throbbing swollen feet because his legs were burnt so bad, he could barely walk without being in pain so he stayed home from work and studied for the CPA exam he's going to take on Thursday.
Teaching Brooks about all the neat accounting principles and business law.....so interesting daddy!

Look at those cute CHUBBY CHEEKS!

That's what I think of those dang yanks!
My cute boys enjoying their favorite pass time together.
What a fun family day at the ballpark- Stephen woke up this morning and said "hey let's go to the game at the new yankee stadium", we couldn't buy tickets online on such short notice so we just decided to jump on the train anyway and see what we could find. When we got off the train at 161st in the Bronx there were scalpers on the platform- they don't waste any time. I knew what I wanted to pay and I wasn't going to take any of their crap...the trick is to just walk away and then they follow you and ask you what you want to pay....works every time! We had so much fun, the weather was perfect and Brooks was such a trooper even though the game was right in the middle of nap-time. I can't wait to have more family days like this! I love my Boys!!
