Hanging out with my babes

My handsome, helpful, rough and tumble toddler.
He is saying "Cheese" in this one, he's really intense about picture taking sometimes.

Sissy is our jekyl and hyde, enough said.

I realized when I was bathing her the other day that I haven't taken ANY bath pictures of her, not even of her first bath. So sad, sorry second child.

Trick-or-Treat

We were in the middle of moving and planned to be on the road that day so I didn't plan any costumes for Halloween. Luckily I had a few things to throw on him so we could ring a few door-bells, and boy did he love that strangers were giving him treats!

Farewell to good times and GREAT friends!

One last trip into the city.....
This was Zoey's first and last time to see NYC.

Our first and last time to eat at Max Brenner's the Chocolate Man....
I totally regret not getting there more OFTEN!
Don't mind if I do...
Best choco shake EVER
Thanks to these fab friends for taking us out that day
and for Brooks' dear friend Paige....he still asks for you and I'm sure he always will.
And these wonderful women who were there for me when I became a mother....twice over. Thanks for all the great memories, laughs, advice, and listening ears. You'll never be forgotten or replaced, keep in touch!
(Drue I would have just photo-shopped you in but I don't know how!)

Fall Events

Brooks loves to hold his sister.
He always asks to hold her, gives her a kiss and then says "all done".

Stephen joined us for some pumpkin picking at the farm this year. He was excited to jump up on the tractor and tell us all about the good ole days on the dairy farm.

Our good friends joined us for some farm fun.

It was too bright to look up at the camera, buts it is cute anyway.

On the hay ride

Headed towards the corn maze, which Brooks successfuly directed us through.

Looking at all the pumpkins, he didn't want to carry one he just wanted to see how far he could throw them.

Our cute little farmer boy.

With his bestest friend Paige.

At the vineyard in NC, they have really great food.

With g'ma and g'pa visiting from Kansas.

Round two of pumpkin picking, with g'ma this time.

Me with my babes.

Hanging out in NC.

Zoey is SMILING!!
She loves to chat too, I love it.
