A work in progress

These were taken in OUR back-yard!
Brooks is 8 months old now, time is just flying by. He is crawling and pulling himself up on everything, and you can't see them in these pictures but he has two bottom teeth and he's working on more.

This is our little kitchen, slightly bigger than our last place, but NO dishwasher- but it's not that bad really.

Brooks' room- also doubles as the guest room.

Picture board I made with my mom- we decorated his room with a cars, trucks, planes theme in blue, green and brown. I couldn't find ANY crib bedding with turquoise in it so I had to scratch that idea.

We snagged this crib for FREE off of Craig'slist- it's a beautiful thing!

Our green bathroom.
Luckily I found some really great towels at HomeGoods that help to modernize the 70's vibe a little.

Our new black and white bedding with green accents. Our bedroom is really big- can't tell from this picture, but it makes our bed look small.

The living room- also doubles as our office and play room. Nothing on the walls yet so it feels a little bare at the moment. But all in all we really love our new place....except for the elephants that live upstairs- but we'll get used to that right?
Hope you'll come visit and see it for yourself!

Your new place looks so much nicer with all of you furnishings in it. I even like all of the green in the bathroom! I can't wait to come over and see it.

We had that same greenish tile in our bathroom at the house we rented when we first moved here! I swear like every house in Elberton had that! Haha, it's not so bad though... Brooks is getting so big and so cute! I can't believe you got that crib for free!! That is awesome!!

This is great! How fun to have a new big place. I love Brooks room, so cute and good job updated the green tile. In our Provo house we used to live in, it was blue and pink tiles, classy. hah - anyways it looks great!
