The Fort-Worth Botanical Gardens are amazing.....except when it hits almost 100*degrees outside. Yikes was it warm. We packed a pic-nic lunch and found some shade to relax in, but after that I had to book it back to the air-conditioning.
Luckily this was taken before my face was "glowing" with persperation.
Brooks had a fun time with his buds running around, climbing on whatever they could climb on, and splashing in whatever fountains they could find.
Then we headed to a mini-train ride that goes over the river and through the woods of Trinity Park, Brooks was in HEAVEN!
Zoey LOVED it too!
"ALL ABOARD", this was legit.
So happy.
They look miserable but they really were having fun I promise.

The weekend ended with Brooks SWIMMING! He was kicking really well and getting himself around all on his own. He loves the water and doesn't want ANY help. His phrase for the day was "I'm doing it!"
